CEWELD® E Guts has been developed for cutting, chamfering and gouging all metals, including stainless steel, cast iron, copper alloys and Mn steels. It enables a high cutting speed even at low amperages, without leakage of molten metal. CEWELD® E Guts can be a solution in cases where a cutting flame will produce too much heat or at hardly reachable places. Also it can be very useful on materials that cannot be flame cut such as stainless steel.

Instructions for chamfering with CEWELD® E Guts : Can be used at high amperages. It must have an angle of about 15 degrees (almost flat) to achieve the best results. The working speed when making joints can be improved by slightly pushing in one direction. CEWELD® E Guts has a non-conductive coating for excellent applicability in hard-to-reach areas.
