Return shipments

Products may be returned only with permission of Certlas Nederland BV:

• Our general terms of delivery apply to all deliveries
• Products can be returned up to 3 months after delivery § 4.10
• Specialy ordered products cannot be returned § 4.11
• A standard return fee of 20% will be charged § 4.12

After evalution you will receive a confirmation or rejection of you request.
